WoD

Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of:


315 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
20 meter Sprint
14 One legged squats
21 Double-unders
20 meter Sprint

adjust weight if nessary (i will)

  1. I made it 2 round + 3rd of lifts and sprints. Gave out on 3rd round of squats! This was hard! I was lifting 65 pounds (I think). I had to drop weight on 2nd round and move to full squat.

    Luke and TJ completed 3 rounds and were lifting higher wt.
