TJ, I really want to be able to increase my running ability. How do I balance the cross fit work outs with that? Van had advised that I begin with running for 2 minutes, walking 3 minutes for 2 miles the first week then reversing that the second week. I'm not sure what days to do that on?? Any advice?
Ok, Why do you want to run? If you want to run to increase cardio, then CrossFit is where you need to be most of the time. If you want to run to be a better runner then split your time between CrossFit and Running. You can also add about 10 Minutes of running at the start of every WoD to squeeze some runnign in.
If injury is keeping you from running let me know. ~T

What is the major factor keeping you from running?
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I can handle doing the cross fit and running in one day and still have the energy to do all the Mom things I need to do.
