Five rounds for time of:


5 Muscle-ups

115 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps

15 Toes to bar

20 GHD Sit-ups

  1. Substitute toes to bar with knees to bar or leg raises while hanging

    substitue GHD situps (which you can't do without equipment) with 30 on the swiss ball or 40 decline situps.

    as always adjust your weight to fit your ability.
