    5 @ 65lbs

    75lbs
    85lbs
    95lbs
    105lbs
    95lbs

    note: this is really the first time that I have done the shoulder press so I took it slower than normal. I also think that 105lbs is a good amx for me right now. It is about 1/2 my body weight so thats pretty good
