Day 2 week 2 repeat

This is the second time we will be doing this set of workouts for week 2

today's workout is Pure cardio!

  1. Did much better this week. I made it through almost 30 minutes only taking the regular rest breaks. I can definitely feel the improvement.

    Lets keep it going, don't let your vision for a new you stop now!!!!
