Fridays workout was Plyometric Cardio circuit.
Did this one today because of some family matters, it was better this way since I had hurt my shoulder and it felt much better today. This was my best workout so far! I did all of the warmup with out stopping and didn't get really gassed till the half way point. Felt great!

I was able to get through the warm-up without stopping as well and I didn't feel truly "give out" until about 15 minutes remained in the workout. Lisa, Katie and I were all panting pretty hard.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what exercise did it, but if I cough my sides (I think it's my lats and obliques) are kill me.
I'm ready to get started again on Monday!
