This sucked, i am not in as good a shape as I was pre-fight. it also took me longer because my lovely daughter jumped chapters with the remote towards the end...grrr........

just got done with the fit test: Mal and I... only to stumble gasping up stairs into my younger brother with 10 minutes of smoke from the closed fluke fireplace. My question: did I go backwards?! .... insanity .... has .... begun.

ReplyDeleteTechnically you and mal need to do the plyo cardio circuit today too! Either that or double up tomorrow. ;-)
I also did the plyo cardio circuit today. I thought that the power squats sucked...along with the ski jumps and the push-up drill thing.
Thighs are so sore I can hardly stand up or sit down! Lol!
Did the Insanity cardio power and resistance today. Urgh! I hate power jumps!
ReplyDeleteMy max heart rate is 181. During the warm ups my rate was constant around 165 - 169. During the workout I was at a constant 170 - 175. WhooooWeee!
Beware the pure cardio workout...
