This one was rough, hurt my shoulder so I couldn't do any movements that required lifting my arm high or pushing still burned 600 calories! And weighted in at 204 today. One more day till a break!
The pure cardio was rough. I was horking and hacking and spitting...
Oh, and the rest day is Sunday, not Saturday - so don't get your hopes up just yet!
