    Five rounds, each for time of:
    20 Pull-ups
    30 Push-ups
    40 Sit-ups
    50 Squats

    Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    I didn't make 5 rounds due to time I got 3 rounds. I also used assisted pull-ups on round 2 and 3. It is evident from this work out that my core strenght is through the roof compared to what it used to be, however I was sucking wind on pull-ups and push-ups so I need to work on upper body strenght, look for more workouts in that area soon!

    1 7:08 All unassisted pull-ups!
    2 7:36 half assisted half on my own
    3 7:26 5 unassisted pull-ups 15 assisted
