45 pound barbell Good mornings, 30 reps

60 Abmat sit-ups
25 pound plate Back Extensions, 30 reps
For the L-sit, accumulate 60sec. For the Good mornings and Back extensions, minimize rest over speeding the movement. For the Abmat sit-ups (substitute a rolled-up towel if needed), feet unanchored with soles together.

ReplyDeletedid "n-seats" instead of L-seats and did my best to keep my knees above my hands
aslo did 10 lb back-extensions since my back is still not up to 100%
was a rough workout!!
planning on running 3 miles later

we did the wrong w/o today! we did yesterday's. lol. wished we had done this one instead then I wouldn't have welts on my shins...lol
